Merchants are solely responsible for:

Refunds
Taxes

Users may not use MyShopZA to:
Sell illegal products or services.
Sell counterfeit goods.
Sell stolen property.
Promote hate speech or discrimination.
Distribute malware or harmful software.
Commit fraud.
Violate intellectual property rights.
Harass other users.
Circumvent platform security.
Engage in money laundering or other criminal activities.
MyShopZA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in prohibited activities.
Payments processed through MyShopZA may be handled by approved third-party payment providers.
Merchants acknowledge that:
Payment providers have their own terms.
Processing fees may apply.
Settlement times depend on payment providers.
Chargebacks remain the merchant's responsibility.
MyShopZA does not guarantee payment approval.
Subion fees:
Are billed monthly or annually.
Must be paid on time.
May change with prior notice.
Failure to pay may result in:
Suspension of services
Downgrade of features
Account termination
Where offered:
Free trials are limited-time promotions.
Trial features may differ from paid plans.
MyShopZA may modify or discontinue free trials at any time.
Customers purchasing from merchants acknowledge that:
Orders are placed directly with merchants.
Merchants are responsible for fulfilment.
MyShopZA is not responsible for delivery delays.
Product warranties are provided by merchants.
Delivery times vary depending on:
Merchant location
Courier availability
Public holidays
Weather
Inventory
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Refund policies are determined by each merchant.
Customers should contact merchants directly regarding:
Returns
Exchanges
Refunds
Damaged goods
Merchants must comply with applicable South African consumer protection laws.
All MyShopZA branding, software, graphics, logos, code, documentation, and platform features remain the intellectual property of MyShopZA unless otherwise stated.
Users retain ownership of the content they upload.
You grant MyShopZA a non-exclusive license to:
Display your store
Process uploaded content
Host your data
Generate platform previews
Deliver platform services
You remain responsible for all uploaded content.
Your use of MyShopZA is governed by our Privacy Policy.
We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
While we strive for continuous availability, MyShopZA does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Downtime may occur due to:

Security updates
Internet outages
Third-party service interruptions

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyShopZA shall not be liable for:
